longtime followers already know how i feel about the fanfare and hysteria surrounding the mapogo coalition so i need not repeat myself there. i still find it childish to see people treat the male lion coalitions as though they are prides. coalitions are only ever specific to the males who make up their ranks; there’s no “mapogo dynasty” no more than there is a “plains camp dynasty” or a “majingilane dynasty.”
