Eddie: *on the phone with Gareth* I'm sorry, I can't go. Steve won't let me.
Steve: *sitting next to him* No, I never said that. You didn't even ask me. Go where?
Eddie hissed at him before turning back to the phone.
Eddie: Yeah, okay. You say that every time. Bye! *hangs up phone* Bullet dodged! I did not feel like getting out of my jammies.
Steve: How many times do you use me as an excuse?
Eddie: Oh, tons of times. They wanted to go out drinking tonight. I didn't feel like it.
Steve: You ever think maybe that's why they don't like me.
Eddie: Huh. . .I never thought about that.
Steve: *sigh* . . . You comfy there on the couch?
Eddie: *sighs in relief* Oh good, you understand. . .yeah, very comfy.
Steve: Good, because that's where you're sleeping tonight. I'm getting ready.
Steve threw his book on the coffee table and got up.
Eddie: Are you leaving me?!
Steve: Yeah! For your band! Have fun sitting in your jammies!
Eddie: Steve! Baby, I'm sorry!
Steve let him stew for a moment and went to walk out the door without kissing him. He turned around and acted like he was going to walk towards Eddie, but then he grabbed his keys. Eddie whined as he walked towards the door again. Steve smirked and walked back towards Eddie, kissing him harshly.
Steve: That's what you get for being a dumbass. Now sit here and think about what you've done while I bitch with your friends about what a handful you are. Uh, would you look at that. . .it turned out to be true. . .I'm not letting you come. Tonight. . .or tomorrow.
