i never watched trolls but the entire “singing killed my grandma okay” scene is comedy gold. theres no way they werent laughing tbeir asses off in the writing room

the delivery of the fated line. the pink one’s blank stare after he walks off screen. the random cut to the guy saying his uncle broke his neck tap dancing once that never gets addressed again. the pink one asking what song was being sung as if that was her business. the fact the song he sang when she died was total eclipse of the heart. the cut back from the flashback to the present and literally everyone starts singing the song that is the root of his traumatic memory. its one punch to the face after another
