Characters and Their Inspirations

Just have each other’s best interest at heart. That, in itself, makes for a very good start.

She walked into your life like a hurricane, beautiful and destructive and gone before you even had enough time to say her name.

I hung onto the ghost of you the way a cat would hang onto a long dead mouse, not willing to drop it or acknowledge it’s death.

she has been through hell.  so believe me when  i say,  fear her when she looks  into a fire and smiles.

“Do I frighten you?” She sounded interested, more than anything, and not entirely like she meant it as a question as the protagonist’s heart rabbited under her hand. “I never used to frighten people. I was too pretty. Even when pretty is threatening, it’s never quite frightening, is it? People know that pretty doesn’t last. They know what to do with it.” 

She was a siren song of a woman, beautiful and cold and trapping you before you even noticed.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.

You made me so hungry that I ate all that I was given, and in my sorry case it happened to be lies.

“You have no idea what I’ve done for you!”

She always said that Hope was rather a nice colour on her, but I had always found that darkness suited her just as well.

Chaos may have killed the dinosaurs, darling; but it was you and your goddamn normalcy that killed me.
