Wendigo Draws

Bust of Cajetan transforming into his werepuma form. Cajetan is the first and most loyal of the Shalast-Quah, a Shoanti clan that's sworn themselves to Reynard. Reynard rewarded this loyalty and faith by using his talent in fleshwarping along with his research into lycanthropy to augment Cajetan and declared him the bearer of Chellan the Sword of Greed.

I figure I'm going to do a write up of who Reynard as I tend to use him in art is.

Personality: Playful, curious, loyal, intelligent, personable, and utterly amoral. Reynard prioritizes evolution and growth above everything else, including stability and the happiness of others. He utterly loathes stagnation. If a society or person isn’t growing and changing, adapting, even in little ways, then it needs to be forced to. He’s also immensely greedy, however he throws wealth around fairly easily. Because what he truly values is magic lore, and competent people. He collects both religiously and maintains his collection meticulously. Even death isn’t allowed to take one of HIS people. He recreated the realm of Greed by tempering it with generosity because ‘I use the magic it does not use me.’

Reynard by this point has assisted the new Runelords in creating Neo-Xin a city outside of time and space, existing suspended between points of possibility to access other worlds. He’s networked his primary Runewells so that he is able to move between locations where a Runewell of Prosperity exists. He has also consumed a time crystal created by compressing a moment of paradox, combined with his bond to his Runewells he has utter and total control of his form. Whether or not he ages, the age, species, and sex he appears as, and suffice to say any polymorph or shapechanging magic cast on him is subject to his will.
