" When your heart calls, answer it..." Lilongwe, Milawi A wise soul recently told me that miracles are a product of true faith...faith that your dreams are worthy of manifestation regardless of circumstances. This faith, an angelic friendship, a loud heart and a free spirit has all enabled me to now write this blog from the motherland.....the beautiful & powerful AFRICA. Lia, the reason that I am here, came to join a childhood friend of hers Margot, and with my arrival we are now a group of three. Our plan is to backpack along the coast of South East Africa. We leave Malawi tomorrow and head towards Mozambique, which would prove to be a culturally rich, adventurous and challenging ride. We will be riding with the locals, their chickens and whatever else might come with that. I'll keep you posted as we travel along. I'm super excited! We all have different reasons for embarking on this journey, and in this blog i will speak about mine, as I am sure Lia and Margot will for themselves. My goal here is reconnect with myself with far more depth than ever before. To experience the motherland in it's glory, as well as it's people in their reality. To help those in need along the way, to learn from those that can teach me, to experience the power of a land that that oozes magnificence, to have conversations that blow my mind, to share love, grow as an individual as well as in friendship. To grow, grow, grow. And in return, I hope to touch lives, hearts and souls.... And if it's Gods will, then so it shall be!
