This phrase has become antiquated over the years. The word obey has become unsavory for feminists and those who have taken the wrong path in life, choosing to follow them. What they don't know is that the growing number of females in the world choosing to distance themselves from feminism are overall happier following Men. It is your nature to follow, to serve and obey despite the varrying views of your parents and friends. you are happier when you don't have to make decisions on your own..... happier when being led by a strong capable Man.

No women in power or politics, we're just all pregnant giving birth to lots of kids while Men do the important stuff🥰💖 obviously no feminism as all the conservative Men would make sure to get rid of all of that stupid stuff.

PATRIARCHY, NOT EGALITARIAN NOR COMPLEMENTARIAN

The head of the woman is the man. (1 Cor 11:3)

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. (Eph 5:22-24)

The wife see that she reverence her husband. (Eph 5:33)

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord. (Col 3:18)

Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. (1 Tim 2:11,12)

That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. (Titus 2:4,5)

Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. (1 Peter 3:1,2)

I know it can be hard to understand at times and this entry is an attempt to clarify things a bit. Domestic Discipline is:

Using reasonable punishments with loving intentions behind them as means to correct unwanted, dangerous, or detrimental behaviors.

Being patient, understanding, and forgiving.

Respecting one another at all times, in all situations.

Putting complete trust in your spouse.

Spanking on the buttocks and/or sit spot with self-control and appropriate loving intentions behind it.

Using reasonable, rational, and sensible punishments with self-control and appropriate loving intentions behind them.

Being fair and unbiased.

Confessing your mistakes to your spouse with remorse, respect, and contrition.

Taking responsibility for your actions.

Supporting your spouse in all situations and in all aspects of the marriage.

Communicating, communicating, and communicating some more.

Apologizing for mistakes made or poor judgment used with sincerity and humbleness. 

Displaying leadership. 

Setting a good example. 

Showing admiration and affection towards your spouse.
