Alright!! Sorry I'm getting to this Ask so late, I've had to do some thinking on this. Without further ado:
Rogue - The Embodiment half of the Thief Class. They seek out and steal their aspect and redistribute it amongst their fellow players and themselves, while simultaneously stealing their aspect to Become it, rather than using it as a resource like the Thief. They're generally Optimistic, Rebellious people (as you've mentioned) and rather silly or eccentric to some extent
Blood - The Aspect of Connections, Bonds, Narrative Connections and literal "Blood", as well as liquid in general, at least in my eyes. While I do see your point on Blood being an aspect with players that often have staunch traditions, I believe the Doom aspect relates more to Restrictions and Traditions. Blood players are people deeply connected to those around them and are well versed in dispensing advice
So our prospective Rogue of Blood is going to be someone who seeks out connections and bonds not just for themselves, but for others, as well as looking to redistribute and take the bonds of others for their team.
So What we have here is the ULTIMATE Shipper. Someone who is fascinated and constantly on the look out for the connections of others. They're going to be Desperately trying to get others together. That said, they'll find themselves a bit on the outskirts of their group, finding it hard to make connections themselves without piggy-backing off of mutual friends
Their main challenge as a player is learning their worth as a Friend. I can imagine that someone who relies on others to introduce them would begin to feel like a burden, and might even begin trying to avoid helping people out emotionally in order to not feel like the "Therapist" friend. I could see this leading to them masking as a Thief, trying to make their own connections, but having to take from the connections of others, and using Bonds as a resource.
However, if they don't end up spiraling into being a useless asshole, Our prospective Hero will learn that they're far from a Leech or a Burden, but more like a Pollinator. Someone who becomes an integral vessel for Bonds, Connection, and Vitality to move around through. And in learning their position, they can evolve into someone who themself embodies Blood as an aspect, being a Harbinger of sorts for it.
