Daily Fodd Fact #587: There's quite the difference between horns and antlers besides the obvious; one just goes straight up from the skull whilst the other being branch shaped. Antlers are made entirely of bones and can actually be shed, they only last for a few months at a time before being shed too. Horns however have boney cores but are sheathed in keratin, they're also permanent and can grow continuously, depending on the animal.

Daily Fodd Fact #586: Each game for the Atari 2600 was made by a single person from; concept, design, programming, sound effects and the graphics, which had to be hand drawn on graph paper. However, the creators for these games were kept anonymous since it was company policy at the time, to the point where gaming's first easter egg was someone's name (Warren Robinett) in the game Adventure. 4 people were upset by this and split from the company to form Activison, for better or for worse.

Daily Fodd Fact #585: Adobe is a type of sun-dried clay brick. To make it you need a period of warm and dry weather to ensure they turn out correctly. It was often mixed with straw and was then either moulded by hand or put in wooden moulds to create the shape.

Daily Fodd Fact #584: Leonardo da Vinci was an inventor as well as an artist. He drew sketches of a rope making machine made of wood, metal and twine. Like his other works, this did not get the recognition it did until the early 1800s.

Daily Fodd Fact #583: If you were not aware, the annoying orange had a TV show named "The High Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange". It ended in March of 2014 and had 2 seasons with 30 episodes each. Its first season also made it to DvD.

Daily Fodd Fact #582: There's been talks about crocodiles pretending to drown (keep their arm out stretched while submerged) to attract humans to hunt them. This is terrifying but also not true, could be one day tho.

Daily Fodd Fact #581: If any Fodd Facts are animal facts, just know that was my "break glass in case of emergency moment" as I wanted to go to bed or it was nearing midnight and couldn't think of anything else. There is those few times where it'll just be a neat animal fact tho.
