Opinions:

I believe that the use of other “m-spec” labels such as pan/ply/omnisexual is the result of internalized biphobia. They are not better or more inclusive than bisexuality in any way, and in fact encourage transphobia and the idea that every other sexuality is transphobic by default.

I do not believe that cis heteroromantic aces, cis aro heterosexuals, or cis aroaces are LGBT. This does not make their identities a bad thing, but they would benefit more from their own community than sharing ours, which was formed to combat homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia.

All LGBT people can use butch and fem(me).

“Queer” is a slur that can be reclaimed by individuals, not collectively.

And on the flip side, they're also used to deny women who are skilled at those things credit for their accomplishments. It's easy for people to dismiss an excellent childcare worker when her "~magical gender intuition makes her naturally good at it~".
