just because you don’t look like somebody who you think is attractive doesn’t mean you aren’t attractive. flowers are pretty but so are christmas lights and they look nothing alike

I reblog these things in the hope that someday I will grow to believe them. 

I also like the idea that flowers and Christmas lights are meant to be appreciated in different seasons. Flowers wilt in winter and Christmas lights still strung-up in spring just look tacky. So it’s ok if you don’t feel sexy handsome or pretty all the time to everyone you pass by or meet. Beauty is the eye of the beholder, but you are the owner, holder and wielder of your own beauty, so own it
