If religion is the main reason why you hate people, then clearly there is something wrong with your belief.
Depression
Every 30 seconds someone takes their own life because of depression
Around 4% globally and more than 350 million people of all ages suffer from depression
Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and sense of well-being.
1 out of 4 people will experience depression and other kinds of mental illness in their lifetime, so if you’re not affected by it, then maybe one of your friends or your families are and if u don’t know anyone who suffers from this, it’s probably because they haven’t told u and they haven’t told u because there’s a stigma in our society regarding this issue.
There is a big misconception about depression, many people think that it’s being sad when something bad happens in your life, like breaking up with your lover, losing someone or not getting what you want. But really, it’s about being sad when everything’s going perfectly right in your life, feeling empty when you’ve accomplished everything and feeling alone even if you are surrounded by people. It’s like wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely or contemplating about a futureless future
Now the reason I want to talk about this is because a lot of people in general is not well aware with this issue. Yes, We know it’s a thing out there, we know that it’s happening to a lot of people, we know people are suffering from this yet we manage to look pass through it. We look at it like “So what? I’m not the one who’s depressed ”, Well let me tell you this, While you’re busy partying and drinking with your friends there is a guy out there who slitting his own wrist, While you’re busy here gushing about your stupid crushes there’s a guy out there who’s having a panic attack alone in his room, while you’re busy playing your freaking video games at three in the morning there’s a guy out there who couldn’t sleep and contemplating about suicide and just a seconds away from taking those pills beside his bed table.. Now you tell me… Why don’t we take these things seriously?
I find it stupid that when u tell your friends or your family that u have a broken heart, they will give you sympathy and pity you and offer you advice on how to move on with your life, but when u say that you’re suffering from depression or other mental illness, they will somehow look at you in a different way.
a guy named Kevin Breel put it like this
If you break your arm, everyone runs over to sign your cast, but if you tell people you're depressed, everyone runs the other way. Now I’m not a doctor nor a psychologist but I know for a fact that my heart is an organ, just like my brain is an organ….So why don't we treat them the same? why do we care for the other one and manage to overlook the other?
I guess what I’m trying to say is that it’s okay to be depressed… despite of what other people think it's a temporary illness and not a weakness, what’s not okay is to not talk about it, to not seek help and conceal your situation, because this thing won’t just go away if you choose to ignore it. don’t just push it aside and hope that it will fix itself, because it won’t. Don’t wait for too long to act on it, because the worst thing that can happen is you become numb from it. It becomes normal to you. It becomes a part of you. And we’re so much better than that.
Depression is not about being afraid of dying it’s about being afraid of living and life is about making choices… it’s either you can be lonely for the things that upsets you, you can be sad for the people who treats you like shit or you can be happy for what you have right now, for having a friend who always help you with your problems even if it means ignoring his own problem. For having a family that’s always there despite of your bad and stupid decisions. We all have issues, and there is always help. We just have to have a soul crushing hope that things will be better… Never be afraid to ask for help, to ask for advice, or even just for a hug.. because these things might not mean anything to you but it could mean the whole world to the person next to you.

Questions
We have a lot of questions in life
Questions that we don’t have any idea how to answer
Questions that keeps bothering us in our sleep
We try to answer these questions, we try to put the pieces together.
But it doesn’t work. No matter how hard we try we can’t come up with anything that will fill our curiosity and give answers to the mysteries in our lives.
I think all our questions can be found in someone else’s face. All the answers to our mysteries can be found in someone’s palm.
We don’t come up with the answers on our own, we don’t figure things out on our own.
We learn things because of other people… We feel emotions because of other people. We live life because of other people.
So I guess we just have to hold on to our questions while we still haven’t met that person who will give clarity to our inscrutable questions.
“and now panic! it’s just you”
“yeah, just me”
