"The most spontaneous." He corrected jokingly, but he did like to consider himself at least a bit spontaneous. Zander was rarely one to ever have things planned out in advance. Too much of the same thing, too much order, well, it just got boring. It was probably the reason why he liked the people that went along with his suggestions and actions more than those that didn’t. Cecily seemed to have that same trait, and he was really interested to know what else they would do together while in Las Vegas. He’d probably spent the most time with her out of everyone he’s met so far, which was the furthest thing from a complaint that he could get. Partnered along with the fact that she was beautiful and interesting - what could get better?
Looking her way a little more often than not, he laughed lightly at her words. “I think I might have heard that phrase once or twice already, too.” He mentioned, putting his line of sight back onto the trail they were heading up. “That and yolo.” Zander added, finding that saying to be hilarious in the stupidest of ways. “But I’m happy to say that the feeling’s mutual.” He admitted, smiling a bit in her direction.
"Oh really?" The tone she used was (just slightly) contradicting, as if she was preparing him for something sardonic to come in her next few words. And technically, she had been. "Well, yolo." Laughing it off, she watched for any rocks or large stones ahead of her footsteps with distant caution - if she thought that anything was about to stand quite like a real threat, it wouldn't take more than a slow blink or two in concentration to figure it out. When it came to trivial things like tripping or walking into walls, the psychic wasn't afraid of nearly anything. What was the point in being afraid of insignificant falls and scrapes to the knee? As far as she was concerned, there wasn't one, and changing that would take some serious persuasion.
Though she didn't necessarily take pride in being stubborn, it was definitely one of her 'lesser' poor qualities. In other words, she was aware that there were plenty of other traits she possessed that were far worse. Blissfully uncaring towards how little she swayed for those around her, the brunette crossed her arms as they walked, the sun warm against her skin. "Wouldn't it be cool if we saw a bear, or something? Or a big horse from the middle of nowhere?"
