I feel like I constantly care too much or too little and I don’t know what to do. I feel like my friends don’t really like me as much as I like them and it makes sense because I’m not even worth being friends with. I’m a boring person and I really need to learn some inner peace or something.

Recently I read the catcher in the rye and I really loved that book. Honestly I wasn't expecting that much, I don't know why, but to find out that this book was genuinely enjoyable surprised me. I really liked Holden and I liked him and Phoebe's relationship and I could relate to him on the fact of not wanted to do anything and failing all his classes. It's a really good book and I would totally recommend.

I never can relate when people talk about what they want to be when they grow up and their ambitions and as I get older and life gets more serious the whole idea of me having to grow up and choose a career is terrifying. Every year I get older but I feel the same, I don't really have any longstanding ambitions at all. I never even liked the idea of growing old enough to go to college. I'm scared, I really am. I have no interest in anything I do. I hope as I get older maybe that will change.

if i kill myself is it my fault for doing it or gods fault for giving such a terrible life that I'd want to kill myself? When someone kills themselves after being abused or bullied many people say that the abuser is at fault, since they made that persons life so bad they wanted to kill themself. So why when god gives me a terrible life its my fault?

I’m getting emotional thinking about the seniors that graduated this year like they just finished highschool and I barely just started and they’re going out into the world and stuff and it’s so ughh ☹️ there were a few seniors in my Spanish class and one time this guy, his name was Luke, made a joke and I laughed at it and he noticed i laughed and it was nice idk im just thinking how we will probably never see each other ever again. He seemed like a good guy and I hope he does great in college.

honestly I don’t understand the hate for small talk like personally I love it. It’s genuinely nice to connect with a stranger on a base level you know? Some people act like they’re too good for small talk and I think it’s pompous. “I don’t want to talk about minute things that don’t interest me I’d rather talk about (something like rocket science or the political and economic state of the world)” like that’s just stupid. I understand not being interested but acting like you’re better than someone else for not partaking in small talk is utterly pathetic.
