somehow they are always touching in each other, holding hands when they walk to school or lying their head on the others lap

ty lee is the one to initiate the first kiss between them and mai is absolutely frozen. ty lee immediately backs up and apologizes all flustered, because she thought that she just ruined their friendship. mai had an efficient way of letting her feelings show

they have movie marathons every weekend. its either romantic comedies or cheesy disney animated movies when it's ty lee's turn to choose or horror movies when it's mai's

they have babysat mai's little brother countless times instead of going to a date and mai finds herself more and more in love every time ty lee makes him laugh with a funny face or a stupid joke

no one knew they were dating because they acted the same way before

ty lee has a secret place in her room where she keeps every single gift or thing mai has ever made for her
