Caspian’s Island will be dropping some unofficial tracks on Bandcamp and/or YouTube in between official releases. The thinking behind it is that it allows you guys to support us directly rather than streaming websites paying us pennies.

It feels like a milestone as an artist to finally have our music in physical form, to hold the fruits of my labour in our hands

Limited to 100pcs only, here is Caspian's Island first vinyl!

Side A is "My Lips, Your Lips": The sugary bop for romantics about going to a house party and seeing a potential love interest, imagining into the future spending time with them as your partner but reality has something different in mind. Side B is "Imperial Echo Vault": A psychedelic trip which focuses on the instrumentals carrying you along like a dream-state. The reason is that the song is about the small worries and anxieties that bounce around the inside of your head when you're in bed ready to sleep that prevent you from gaining those much needed hours of dream-time.

Just dropped a lil mini live set entitled "Home Sessions" on YouTube Here we've adapted a few of our songs from the full-band versions to two-man versions due to circumstances in the UK. Filmed in the summer, we wanted to create a very raw, almost documentary-style atmosphere to highlight the subtleties of the everyday moment-to-moment events including the mundane. It's important to stop every once in a while to absorb the rare calm and quietness of dawn following an emotional or physical night.
