Hello again everyone, it's Casey. Could anyone help me get my stuff back from my ex? When I got kicked out I had to leave most of what i owned besides clothing and my computer behind, and now my ex-MiL is threatening to toss it all if I don't personally pay to get it shipped out by the end of the month.

I still have not been able to secure employment, and so have no real options here but to ask for assistance. If you can spare anything to help, I would greatly appreciate it.

not all of us can live in fantasy 100% the time like i see some people on here do and it's refreshing to learn something new. its been philosophy, essays, and history for me and i feel much more at home on planet Earth for it knowing that people have been struggling and wishing similarly for millenia.

its not that fiction doesnt have its place, its important and healthy to exercise the imagination, but non-fiction can do so much to boost and supplement that. if not for yourself, for your art or for the people you're around

I'm surprised I was able to get this far into the 2020's without needing to ask for mutual aid but here we are 💔

Local dentist saw a shadow on an x-ray for an unrelated visit and found bacteria eating away at my tooth and skull thats been happening for years. It hasn't been spotted until now because I wasn't showing any of the associated symptoms.

I need multiple surgeries to get the remains of the front tooth broken into pieces and removed, the bacteria scrubbed off, a bone graft applied to my skull, an implant installed and of course a new crown manufactured and screwed in.

They urged me to do it as soon as possible or else it will get worse.

help me survive an eviction notice?

hello again, uhm. I'm currently living with two other trans women and we're sadly really behind on rent, while we get our feet back under us. all three of us are disabled and trying to find work, but as you know it's really hard right now. while I've been able to get some incredibly minimal government assistance, my roommates can't because they're not from Canada, and I'm having to sell my car to make up for the missed rental payment. that's not even to mention covering our other bills like food, medications, or our phone and internet bills... if you could, we'd appreciate as much help as possible, and any help you do give is going to go to either making sure we can stay in our home, or if we can't do that, making sure we're all okay while we find somewhere else to go.
