@elleelleg (and hi @mostlyinthemorning) I didn't have any or play with My Little Ponies as a kid (although I had friends with some) but MLP Friendship Is Magic (both the show and the toys) got my child and me through a couple of hard years a decade ago.
She sorted them and pulled out some to keep last summer. (She kept the mermaid ones from the movie and a couple of others; I saved my favorite Pinkie Pie.)
I . . . don't know what to say about how many there are except that, see, I used them for toilet training rewards, and also we spent a lot of time walking and on buses and dipping into stores to rest or wait on bus connections, and so we knew every place on all our routes that had them and noticed any new ones. And sometimes when you're having a hard time, you buy yourself things that make it easier to get through it.
so ive been meaning to do this poll for a while because my hypothesis is that seattle is the most Tumblr city, likely in the entire world. tumblr has a huge american majority userbase obviously, but just for comparison going forward, only 0.22% of the american population lives in seattle. as of this reblog, this poll is showing 4% of respondents are seattleites. given, this isnt scientific at all, because my blog just has a lot of seattle connections and seattle followers, but it's still an impressive bias
