I mean, the biggest issue would be using vous with Laurent, and Damen’s usually pretty on guard around him anyway, at least at first. But it’s hard to imagine he doesn’t inadvertently use tu with like a servant or somebody who now outranks him. Maybe he just comes across as deliberately rude even more often than when he’s actually being deliberately rude?

Apparently he’s pretty good about using vous even when he’s being rude. Weird, but very funny. I only have Kings Rising though so sadly I can’t speak for how he talks to random servants. Anyone know?

ancel , who spent his whole career having sex for money , and who enjoyed it at times , but was never fully in physical control over a situation. ancel, who always serviced his owners and partners the way that they wanted with little to no concern over his comfort or enjoyment. ancel , to whom sex was always just a means to an end , a menial task , part of the job .
