Now when they are together they can enable each other's bad habits. Coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, pain meds abuse, maybe even other drugs, sleep deprivation, starvation. Imagine they spiralled so much they both deeply drunk now and starting to see their former partners in each other. H4ck looks like TCO's twin because Alan. Dark can manipulate his evil spider fluid and it can look like Mitsi's hair. And they go to bed BOTH screaming someone else's name!
