"you must be real bored if you would rather do paperwork lass" he laughs.

She smiled slightly, "I am. Anything's better than this."

"no idea…" he sits on one of the beds, his hands clasped between his legs.

"I'd rather be doing paperwork," she mumbled, counting the tiles in the ceiling. 

MacTavish sighs and runs his fingers through his Mohawk “guess we are stuck in here for a while, lass… ”

"I guess...What should we do?"

He nods not knowing what else to say, his team finishes and they leave, him half heartedly smiling at her as he walks by.

Maddy smiled slightly and sat there, looking up at MacTavish.

"Yes, believe me if you didn’t have to be in here you wouldn’t….they are just strict about it around here…"

"I know..."

He looks over at her “Maddy…I’m sorry…”

She looked up at him. "Yeah, but it's procedure, right?"

Just because she has a scar doesn’t mean she’s not pretty. In fact, I think she’s beautiful. Her fur looks so soft and floofy!

The door opens and Carl and the rest of his team bring in beds, a sofa, a desk and chair.

Maddy just watched them silently, bitterly.

He sighs over the intercom “Its procedure…there’s nothing I can do….”

Maddy sighed and looked at the ceiling, not saying another word.

"the results will take longer than the tests and until we have the results you cant leave isolation…."

"Hey, if I, or anyone else, have had this virus for the last two years, I don't think another three days would make a difference..."

"about three days…."

"...Excuse me?"

"we will have furniture and other necessities brought in momentarily"

"How long will we be in here?"

"like I said im sorry…but its procedure…"

"Great." Madison sat on the floor and leaned against the wall.

He speaks through a com in the rooms “Im sorry I had to lock you guys in but isolation is isolation and until we know wheather or not you have the virus we cant let you walk around the base”

"You're locking us in here! Oh for god's sake...My day went from low, to high, to even lower..."

he picks up the piece of paper and reads it over “great, carl will you show them to the isolation rooms please.” “Sure doc. Come on guys” he leads them to the isolation rooms and each pair goes into one, he locks the doors behind them.

Confusedly, Maddy turned to the door, then to MacTavish. "Why did he...?" she started.  "No idea, lass," Soap responded, rubbing the back of his neck.
