Hey you know that one theory that jonklock will become canon in the final problem when itβs too late for both of them? Well I have some food for thought related to that theory that Iβd like to share!!
So thereβs this bit from scandal part five:
I know this is a written as a reflection of Ireneβs story, personality and choices but I do think that the description of βno longer is comic reliefβ seems a lot like what John will likely act/feel like during and after fina. Obviously the descriptors mentioned afterwards donβt match up with his personality (or those of Sherlock or Mariana) but the latter part of the paragraph links them with sacrificing everything for the people you love, which is what the final problem is about (to an extent) and I believe could be relevant to or lead to a possible romantic love confession or realisation.
And thereβs this from sign part three:
Again this is, of course, a reflection of how John falling in love with Mary didnβt work out for either of them and she still died because of circumstances they couldnβt really control or change. However I feel that this could be likened to what John and Sherlock (along with Mariana and their other friends/loved ones but they will probably be the ones whose roles will be more front and center compared with the others) will be going through during fina and could be foreshadowing a possible confession/realisation like the previous excerpt.
Anyways thatβs just a theory, a johnlock theory! Sorry if this doesnβt make sense, this is just the product of things that have been looping around in my brain since I first heard those episodes and I wanted to get the thoughts out π if you red this far I hope you enjoyed!!!
