I wanted to keep track of all my non scale goals in one place, so here they are. The idea is that hopefully once I accomplish them, I can cross them off here too:
Be able to run a mile (and once this is done, run a sub-12 minute mile)
Walk into any shop and be able to buy clothes
Never have to ask for a seatbelt extender on a plane
Be able to fit into my husband’s clothes (shirts, boxers, whatever)
Do 12 push ups
Do a 90 second plank
Do 5 pull ups
Leg press 550
Hike Cave Hill without stopping
Run a 5k
Wear a cute (not just functional) outfit to a concert
Be a single digit pant/dress size
200 lb leg extension
Squat 300 lbs
Being able to comfortably cross my legs and sit like that for a while
Having a normal towel fully cover me (instead of an xl towel)
I’ll add more as I think of them. Some of these I’m already close to, so that makes me very hopeful.
