We used to have goth girls in every animated show. They wouldn't let you make a cartoon from 90-00s without at least one goth chick.
The closest anyone in SPOP is to a goth is probably Catra or Scorpia and I think that's really pushing it. They actually planned on making Entrapta a full on emo goth girl, before instead changing her to being a funky little gremlin.
The only other girl I could think of as MAYBE being close to Goth is Amity from Owl House and again, I think that's REALLY pushing it.
We need more goth girls in cartoons again, they usually had some of the best designs.
No, I don't think Hordak technically counts as a goth girl as much as we'd all want him to.
