Some vent art while trying my hand at also making a mini zine cause I’ve been wanting too and had Big Feelings I was struggling to deal with (I’m doing better). I do and don’t hope this resonates with others as it’s a lousy struggle to manage, but if you feel seen I’m happy to be the one to see you 💙
(Also shoutout to blood girl for making super sad and vulnerable music, it really got me through my funk and helped make this zine)
Everyday I get on my phone and have to witness as out government continues to allow the death and destruction of our beautiful wildlife in an attempt to hold full power and run this awful country to the ground. Killing endangered whales and polar bears for easier access to oil cause we fucked up our easy access to it; lifting the ban on cyanide bombs which will kill wild animals but pets that are lured to the scent too; killing predators because “the deer population is decreasing” due to habitat loss & disease NOT because of the food chain. This is not anti-human, this is anti-I’m superior to nature dickheads
Please educate yourself and others about the harms that are happening to our beautiful planet and how nature self-regulates without most help from humans. To the conservationists, thank you for your hard work every day 💚

This was for a Yuri Zine so of course I had to make it about MY own PERSONAL yuri. We always look so funny next to each other cause we’re obviously Butch and Femme lol But it’s very special to me cause fae is the most ideal girl that could’ve found this stray dog 💕

Wolf lives a unsatisfied life in a world that’s starkly different from them and they’re hyper aware of this fact no matter how hard they try to fit in. It’s overwhelming, exhausting, but what can you do? That’s when they bump into Sheep. Another animal person just like them… Not afraid of sticking out, doesn’t seem phased by the staring and the whispering. Also excited, she helps Wolf see the joys of getting to be an actual animal and how freeing it can be! Why fit in a mold not made for you? So while in some other timeline where this gets a continuation, Wolf and Sheep would likely still live amongst the people as they have some joys as well, but they also have their animal time to run around and have fun 🐺 🐾 🐑
Unlike my last comic that was about an OC’s backstory, this one was inspired by what it’s like having my girlfriend in my life ^^ Learning more about neurodivergence and how specifically ADHD and autism can look, make you feel, and make you act; lesbianism from a lens different from mine (a very femme lens lol); and what therianthropy is. It’s very comforting being able to explain why I am the way that I am instead of thinking I’m solely lazy or some cringe weirdo (I’m both but in a positive way now 👍). Anyway I love my girly and how I can be so unapologetically myself with faer 💕

My piece for the Fix Your Hearts or Die Zine! A zine about trans love and the rage were forced to endure
I ramble about my thought process below for those who care 💙
I always try to be a lover rather than a fighter, so I wanted my contribution to be soft and almost sweet: viewing nature and how some animals have blatant sexual dimorphism and how gender norms try to resemble the same to an extent. The envy of getting to be a majestic stag with a crown of antlers and a lion’s handsome mane, or many male birds get to be so bright and colourful, California sea lions being 2-3x as large as females - but most animals don’t have distinct features. And some even share traits often given to one sex or the other; such as all reindeer/caribou have antlers. And my little fella Buck gets to sit in the middle.
