While Kermit enjoys a dragonfly ripple and try to explain he had invited Piggy to get ice cream with him and Fozzie, not to go with him to Hollywood, in the background Gonzo learns why a small Weirdo shouldn't buy over a dozen balloons.
I love Camilla frantically running over to Kermit, Piggy, and Fozzie, clucking away in a panic. It's like she's trying to say, "Oh no! Kermit! Mr. Kermit! My Gonzo! Help my Gonzo!"
I also love that it's Fozzie who first sees Gonzo in mid-air and just stares in amazement.
And then the joke that took me ages to realize what the humor of it was:
Kermit: Gonzo! What are you doing? Gonzo: About seven knots!
I thought it was a joke about knots, like slip knots, not aeronautical knots.

I’ve been wanting to do a little mafia au so I did just that lol. Kermit is the underboss of this casino front, scooter is the consigliere and his uncle is the full boss and actual owner of the casino all the members work and perform at. Gonzo, Fozzie, Rowlf and miss piggy are all capos though the results very from job to job. Most of the family was lured in by the lights and dream of show business but also a good amount of debt. I imagine they all make the most out of the chance they’ve been given.
Gonzo would definitely try to run completely ludicrous schemes, always death defying with a high chance of failure. His enthusiasm is infectious and he always commits to the bit. Fozzie on the other hand always try’s to suggest schemes and scams to Kermit but they tend to be pretty played out, or would only really work on people like Fozzie in the first place. He’s still a trusted confidant even if nothing seems to go his way.

Sigh. Tumblr ate my post the first time I tried to answer this. Let’s do this one more time.
The first that springs to mind is Afghan Hound. She’s kind of a cop-out, because she ties directly to my obsession with Rowlf and Baskerville’s real early media, but I am kind of obsessed with her. I wish they used her and Baskerville more often. I also hope she got that pizza she ordered before the power blew.
A better answer is probably Mildred. I just kind of love her. I dunno! I thought she worked really well in the Valentine’s pilot! She would LOVE Sam, and vice versa. I know At The Dance has zero canon relevance but I’m kind of obsessed with whatever she has going on with George. They were both featured heavily in the aforementioned pilot, so they must have known each other pre-ballroom. They seem to have phased out her man for an objectively cooler janitor (Beauregard. Sorry George). How did that make her feel? Mildred rage? Mildred sorrow??
Also. Her design is really fun. Mildred JUSTICE- I demand it!!!
