When I mean mecha i mean heavily detailed machine parts btw. Like irl cars or full on anime mecha.

I do think that orange gets broody too but less so since they don’t have the same full instincts as green does. The territorial urges are trained out of most imposters I’d feel

I like thinking about how behavior would change like that you know? Orange seems to be absolutely loyal to Mira and I think it’s in part due to how safely insulated they are within its ranks. The babies will be taken care of afterwards thats no problem- getting them to Mira is a separate issue lol.

I really should do more with them lol- have some non intrusive parenting with black

Gonzo hosts again like always- this time they check for any cheaters before the competition (this contest was put on hold for as long as Kermit could push it off but gonzo has finally wormed his way into an empty week) if you haven’t seen the episode, the idea is that teams of two compete to see who can dance the longest- the last ones left standing win

Rizzo gets Walter in a team because he knows pepe gets tired easy but also needs someone in his height range otherwise it’s uncomfortable. Rizzo is really tryharding for this vacation (Walter realizes he’s never had to bend down before)

Miss piggy pretends she doesn’t care about the contest but really does- she gets Pepe to be her partner even though she clearly is doing this to make Kermit jealous. Pepe gets thrown around like a ragdoll

Kermit is roped along again but tries to help Fozzie by being his teammate, Fozzie is too tall and Kermit is much quicker so the rhythm is always off

Most of the other muppet talent (that aren’t playing music) also join the competition of course. The notable ones sitting out are Bunsen, beaker, beau,gonzo (duh) and Sam

Discharge

I think it would be for a multitude of reasons, one would be to “train” new imposters (green being an intern in imposter society would be very funny) another would be that theres much less liability on mira’s hands if a rouge alien not especially associated with them did the dirty work (plus their instincts are sharper)

How they first (formally) met

Thank you thank you it was fun to come up with and to answer the question, I see it as two different reasons Mira sends imposters on missions that lead to the same general conclusion. First is that they know about imposters and seem to want to propagate more of them and second is that these crewmates are undesirable and or disposable to them. So regardless of the scenario- imposters staying hidden or them killing they will always profit. The imposters staying hidden in a ships body means that the eggs will be delivered and undamaged- the imposters giving into instinct means that the young will be fed and Mira doesn’t have to do the dirty work of getting rid of crewmates.

If you really look back at the crew we see in the season you can see reasons why Mira would have for wanting to dispose of them (besides white ) union members, whistleblowers,conspiracy theorists, political enemies and more

The vibes are so great

I love these three’s dynamic even though we didn’t see too much of it. Cyan calming down orange’s high strung stress- Black and Orange having a mutual respect but also a little back and forth in terms of job titles and then of course black and cyan- tender feelings and jaded closed off walls
