When it’s cold out, but you’re still a summer fae that wants to wear a warm flower crown.  This was a rather crazy undertaking, but I love how it turned out.  Each flower, both large and small, has 4 colors in it and the leaves add another 2. Of course that insanity has not detoured the other knitting cross stitch ideas, lol.

Anyone else try and knit a cross stitch pattern?  Lol, it’s an interesting task to say the least, but thankfully it worked out well.  Hoping to do a beanie that looks like it has a flower crown around it.  So far so good.

i am feeling so accomplished right now and super proud of myself.

This photoset is especially for the folks who voted for my next project to be Sam Wilson. So here he is…just in time for him to stop being Falcon and become the new Cap! (No rest for the wicked.) I went with a t-shirt and 511s instead of the official uniform. He was already going to be complicated, and he can go casual now too. His wings are detachable, and his guns are attached via little magnets. I hear Anthony Mackie’s sister knits. Maybe she will see this!

Scaled the ‘Hitchhiker’s Guide’ quote down to a small face towel in case anyone only needs small assistance as they travel the galaxy.  Thinking about doing the smaller ones as a series with each as a line from the quote, but the rest aren’t quite nailed down yet, lol, cause somehow doing them on their own is harder than the whole long thing.

March 1, 2021: Halfway through! This is the regular quilt update with static photos, including the 300th puff herself. Who knows, maybe I’ll have a finished object by the end of the year

I know where my towel is, lol, it’s finally finished!  The quote just kept going and going, but I love how it turned out. And it ended up just being long enough to come in handy on all the situations it names.  I am so ready for Towel Day and the next re-read of ‘Hitchhiker’s Guide’.  I already have more yarn picked out that would look like kinda like a galaxy if I do another.

Current work-in-progress, lol, prepping for Towel Day.  This quote is much longer than I ever realized, but it’s gonna be the whole thing no matter how much yarn it takes, :-P
