i saw a law firm asking for people to join their class action suit against various rent payment handlers that may be relevant here if you have had this problem. looks like they are focusinng on payment portals other than the one in OP, but there is an “other” button. i do not personally endorse this law firm or lawsuit i dont know anything about it except what i just said
