The shipping is fast, and the orders are dispatched within 3 days of purchase.

There are, however, quite a few drawbacks. Unlike most of the other handmade products on the market, customisation isn't advertised as freely available - which is why these slippers can be dispatched so quickly. There is no arch support, little padding on the foot bed, and these boots may be unsuitable for wide feet, or for wearing with socks due to the one-width-fits-all feature. Unfortunately, there are only two sizes made ready to order, and while custom orders can be requested, the online shop site does not specify how long this process might take. The 'dispatch time' of 1-2 days seems ridiculously short, and so probably refers to the ready-made items. Obviously, coming from Thailand, the shipping will also be costly, adding as much as £10 to the overall cost of the order.

But speedy delivery is sometimes worth paying a bit more for, and this seller seems determined to make the buying process as painless, if not as cost-effective, as it can be.
