These stripy boots are handmade in Latvia in UK sizes 3-9, and certainly look rather more special than their £22.15 price tag. The cotton outer layers allow feet to breathe, while the heel is shaped to cushion the contours of the ankle joint and provide a superior fit. The leather outer sole does mean that these slippers are not suitable for outdoor wear, but when you look this good inside, perhaps that doesn't matter so much. The shipping is fast, and the orders are dispatched within 3 days of purchase.
There are, however, quite a few drawbacks. Unlike most of the other handmade products on the market, customisation isn't advertised as freely available - which is why these slippers can be dispatched so quickly. There is no arch support, little padding on the foot bed, and these boots may be unsuitable for wide feet, or for wearing with socks due to the one-width-fits-all feature. Shipping costs could also take the price up to £30.
