You have been asking for a study for a while now, so for ESTATE Part 20, I decided to finally make it happen! I knew I wanted to lay the groundwork by focusing on the bookshelves, and then stumbled into natural history clutter to truly bring them to life.

This release is built around a collection of grand, modular bookcases. As you can see in the previews, the system includes a double unit, single unit, corner piece, ending and sections featuring arched niches. They are designed with classic pilasters and intricate lattice detailing on the lower cabinets, allowing you to seamlessly connect them and build custom, floor-to-ceiling library walls for your Sims' estates. I also included a classic wooden step ladder so your Sims can reach those top shelves!

To fill these displays, I created a variety of curiosity items to give the room that collected, scholarly feel. The set includes multiple arrangements of book stacks, alongside glass cloches and display domes featuring mounted butterflies and detailed beetles. The Set also includes mounted fossils and sea life (well, not so alive anymore :D)

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Welcome to Part 8 of the Del Sol Collection, and the official grand opening of the kitchen area! Because I wanted to get the hand-crafted, tumbled look of the Spanish tiling absolutely perfect, this month’s focus is entirely on nailing the core architectural foundations of the room.

This means Part 8 is packed with all the modular cabinetry essentials you need to lay down your layout, featuring a mix of rich wood grains and custom painted swatches to give you that ultimate traditional-meets-modern Spanish look.

Items Include:

The Modular Counter (With Splashback): Features a built-in stone or tiled splashback designed to sit seamlessly against your kitchen walls.

The Modular Counter (No Splashback): A completely flat-top variant for ultimate layout versatility under windows or unique setups.

The Matching Island Unit: Features bespoke, custom-sculpted tile pieces tailored specifically to the island mesh for a flawless, premium finish.

Accent Counter 1 (Stacked Drawers): Swaps out standard cupboard doors for a clean, stacked-drawer layout to break up visual repetition.

Accent Counter 2 (Drawer & Door Combo): A classic utility setup combining a top drawer with a standard cupboard door underneath for layout variety.

Matching Wall Cabinets: Overhead storage available in both solid wood and glass-front variants to tie the upper half of the room together.

What's coming next: Since the intricate tile mapping and high-poly stonework took up the heavy lifting for this initial drop, this is just the beginning of the kitchen! Over the next few parts, we’ll be bringing this space completely to life with a full suite of custom integrated appliances, open shelving alternatives, unique sink units, and plenty of curated culinary clutter to give it that lived-in, luxury feel.

After spending the last few sets traveling the globe and fully indulging in our glamping era, it’s finally time to pack up the tents and head back home.

Since we are arriving back at the estate, it only made sense to start this next chapter right where you walk through the doors: the grand foyer. The entryway sets the tone for the entire manor, so I wanted this collection to really capture that historic, slightly intimidating "old money" vibe from the second your Sims step inside.

Hi friends! Today I have a very special build to share with you! I created a charming hotel & beach club for Tartosa using the beautiful new collection by Lukheya & Valiasims, capturing the dreamy atmosphere of the lively Greek islands. When the walls are bright white, the accents are painted blue and vibrant pink bougainvillea cascades over every corner, you just know your Sims are about to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime! This lot can be used as a hotel with the Lot51 Suite Life mod and features two guest suites in total, one of which spans two floors. It also works perfectly as a nightclub or beach venue if you prefer a different gameplay experience. The property includes a spacious restaurant with multiple terraces where Sims can enjoy delicious meals while taking in the views, a relaxing spa and a private beach lined with luxurious cabanas, making it the perfect spacer to unwind under the Mediterranean sun.
