se realiza jornada politico cultural en la el Ex pedagogico en el marco de la conmemoración a un año más del asesinato del joven estudiante Manuel gutierrez a manos de Carabineros de Chile, quien fue alcanzado por una bala percutada desde la UZI que cargaba el Sargento Miguel Millacura en medio de manifestaciones.

En el transcurso del Acto politico cultural, se encendieron barricadas en las afueras del plantel universitario y se registraron enfrentamientos con la policia.
