so during mugman's dream, we see him seeing most people as having fish for heads

Now this could easily be swept away by "its just a dream" BUT I DON'T THINK SO

now most of that isn't really relevant, ya think. BUT! it states that it can be caused by BRAIN DAMAGE.

We know from the cuphead game and myth that the cup bros die... a lot... and they can revive each other. Most if the time death is by the shattering of their heads... their brains, if you will.

Now, there are a few questions that could debunk this!

"Well if Mugman has it because of his china breaking, why doesn't cuphead have it?" Well According to Havard medical school, "Face blindness....has been previously estimated to affect between 2 and 2.5 percent of people in the world." So sure, cuphead and mugman both get their heads broken, but facial blindness is so rare it doesn't happen to everyone.

"Well, if he had it, why haven't we seen it before in the story?" One: the story is not focuses in Mugman's perspective only, so of course it wouldn't look that way. And two! ... we kinda have seen it already! If you remember Mugman's hallucinations, his hallucinations about Boris specifically cover his face. It could've been anything else, but the design chooses to cover the face, making it hard to make out!
