His relationship with Bendy is rather strange, don't you think? Of the four we've met so far, he's the most mysterious, quiet, and strange to me.
Let me start by saying that Boris is WAY too obsessed with Bendy. I know that Bendy is very dear to him, like his only family... but if you dig deeper, you can come up with several ramifications: Boris knows who Bendy really is, Boris senses that Bendy might be different, Boris just loves his brother too much.

1. If we follow the first path and truly believe that Boris knows who Bendy is, i.e., the Ink Demon, then the road becomes a little cloudy, but a few trees are still visible. Boris must have not only heard from someone that his brother was the Demon, but also seen it for himself. I assume Bendy was in his true form at the moment they first met, but somehow he didn't hurt or kill Boris. What's inside Bendy is dangerous. It's big, scary, and quiet, like the ocean in the dead of night. You're alone, surrounded by the black waters of icy, deep fear. Boris knows when IT might come out, so he tries not to give his brother any reason to wake it up.
