They can’t talk but they can write and stuff

They are skinny like practically malnourished bc I don’t think C.O.I. would feed a convict a nutritious diet

I colored their skin like that because They don’t technically have a canonical race so I left it ambiguous :3

Can’t remember much of their history like their own name but can remember some things

Their outfit is inspired off of old scuba suits, if you couldn’t tell, they have a helmet too but I didn’t draw it ‘,(
