headcanon question for wren: what do you think the dynamic between her and landon would be like? good, bad, neutral?
i think it's complicated between Wren and any of their siblings but it definitely swings between good and like neutral for Landon. like he Is the ideal child/vessel for their father and Wren only exists because Seylah managed to get him away and being their father's favourite is Not a good thing!!
and a lot of their initial thoughts are coloured by Ryan being the only sibling that they know and being treated like a tool/sacrifice by Triad, a vessel that's easy to kill if their father ever manages to escape.
Wren's not as bitter as Ryan about the whole situation and it definitely helps that Landon is a genuinely nice person who doesn't deserve what their father's planning for him.

"i don't know where he is," she hissed. she really didn't. if she did, she'd be there right now giving him all the cash she had and helping him get out of town. she'd be an accomplice then, she didn't care. eddie didn't do this!
if farrah knew they were all such awful people, why did she spend her time with them? how could conformity be so important that she'd endure them? "why are you friends with them anyway? your friends are all either fucking evil or anorexic bimbos." she didn't care who was listening anymore. she didn't know anything, but she did know that between her friends and the basketball team that slammed them all into lockers, one group was more likely to be violent and it wasn't her's.
