#anxiety can be horribly debilitating, physically and emotionally. It's hard to imagine life without it when I've been ruled by it my whole life. In my experience, different medications make me feel foggy, exhausted, comatose, irrational, and/or overly emotional. All things you don't want to be, especially raising a child. I was doing really well for a long time. I still had my moments, but there was overall improvement. Due to piling amounts of stress over the past couple of months, I feel as though I'm back to square one. All I ask from you is for your #patience while I try to "calmly" get my shit together. 💙💙
