And who was also sued by an ex alleging domestic abuse and that's somehow the second worst thing he's done according to the news? Or Xavier Worthy, who was arrested on a felony domestic violence allegation involving choking/impeding breathing that a DA somehow didn't prosecute but that was harrowing enough that his ex-fiancée had to get a temporary protective order? Or hateful zionist Sacha Baron Cohen? Or equally hateful misogynist zionist Adam Sandler?

Daddy Demetriou is executive chair of the board of Amentum, which was grated a NO-BID contract for over $450 million to oversee the Camp East Montana ICE detention centre in El Paso, Texas.

Does the name Camp East Montana ring a bell? It should: they're current being sued by the American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU of Texas, Texas Civil Rights Project, and Human Rights Watch.

The charges include:

Severe medical neglect and disease outbreaks, including a months-long measles outbreak that infected at least 14 people

Violent uses of force by officers against detained immigrants and coercive threats of deportation

Excessive and arbitrary use of solitary confinement to punish people for requesting basic needs like medical care or hygiene

Inadequate and rancid food that have caused detained people to lose extreme amounts of weight

Exposure to dust storms through openings in tent walls that subjects people to respiratory disease

Dangerous and unsanitary living conditions in the tent camp, among other rights violations

Reports put the human rights violations at Camp East Montana at at least 48 while the Washington Post cited a "missing" inspection report which alleges up to 60.

Trigger Warning: this is the same facility where the guards are rumoured to have placed bets on who would commit suicide next.

At one point he said he overheard a security guard talking about bets made among the staff over which detainee would be next to die by suicide. The guard said he had paid $500 into a pool, with the total pot riding on the outcome. The talk was particularly jarring, he said, because he had contemplated suicide himself.

The above is a testimony from former detainee Owen Ramsingh, as reported to AP News. TW again for more details from Demetriou's company's detention centre:

A man sobs after being assaulted by another detainee. Another bangs his head against the wall after expressing suicidal thoughts. A pregnant woman complained of severe back pain and also had coronavirus.

I think it might be good to think about all this for a second, especially if you're a Swiftie and you're thinking about defending her inviting these men: there are so many people being held in that centre, some of whom are likely to be Taylor Swift fans. Even if you're somehow not concerned with the suffering of your fellow humans, your community members, your sisters and brothers, people who see Taylor as "Mother" just the way you might, are in a concentration camp on US soil and she just had its architect at her wedding.

Woof, okay let's look at Steven Demetriou Jr., who was quoted saying the wedding was "epic, great and life changing”. People are whitewashing Demetriou Jr. because he "doesn't have anything to do with ICE", unlike his terrible papa, and TBH this point is now moot since BOTH of them were there, but let's just say we decide to give him grace because nobody can control having a shitty dad. Like just for fun, let's just ignore that his dad's company runs the US equivalent of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Surely he can't be too bad? Wrong!

Even he wasn't the son of a man who is seemingly auditioning to be a watered down Hans Kammler (*EDIT*: removed OG link to his bio because i reread the material on the site I'd linkedand it was some fucked up holocaust denial BS, so I pivoted to good ol' Wiki), SD Jr's business moves are sketch as fuck. I have to credit the sleuths on Reddit for this one. Steven Demetroui Jr has had 57 reported insider trades since 2021, the most recent of which was $100K in shares of Amentum, which his daddy was the executive chair of, in Feb 2025. Amentum got the (again! no-bid!) contract only 2 months later.

I mean, we organized the most successful tour in history, surely these details could be looked after easily, no?" If I can find this stuff out in under 4 minutes using Google, the PR wing of Taylor Swift Inc. should have been able to handle it. Otherwise, she's drastically overpaying these idiots, just saying.

And to those saying that this is Travis' fault, I think it's okay, if upsetting, to come to terms with the fact that your fave made a choice, and she has chosen to align herself with people who are involved with fascism. She is associating with people making money off of detaining, torturing, and killing people. And for the rest of us who have been watching her for the last few years, this mask-off really isn't super surprising. In fact, I can say "fuck her" with anger and disappointment in the moment, but really, I expected this. -She's business first, always, and has been most of her career. So I am less mad at her and more aghast that people are still glazing her, and I will extend that to anyone who worships any celebrity, because they're all members of the elite class. Just remember something: unlike us, the ultra wealthy have class solidarity, and they don't give a fuck about anyone else. Stop worshiping and defending billionaires, and you'll have a richer life for it.
