when separated from their school/pod for long periods of time, the stress will cause merfolk to get very very sick, similar to birds or schooling fish

Characters I designed based off a playthrough of the sims 4 last year where I moved a vampire family to a sunny suburban neighborhood, where they had to be as non-vampirey as possible to fit in. I made Rio and his merfolkfamily to play on the same file separately, and I got invested in their relationship and the family gameplay on either side, hehe.Would be nice to really create a story for them someday.
