“Maybe Her Highness just needs some more time.”

“I don’t think that’ll achieve much, Silver.” Lilia stepped forward, his eyes meeting his tired ones. “Perhaps it’s time to not give her a choice in the matter.” At the insinuation in his voice, Silver’s eyes widened.

“Now now, don’t look at me like that. Her Highness has made progress since she first came here, but she seems to be stuck, struggling to take the next step in the relationship. If you help her through this, show her that there’s nothing to be afraid of, then it should help her work through her block and move forward. The two of you will be married soon, and there isn’t any harm in starting to plan for your legacy early.
