So I saw this tweet: https://x.com/jadenuii/status/2017761545548185695?s=46&t=VgNCf575PY7lLqxkH7ldJw
And immediately thought about how much of a sadomasochist Malleus sounds. Anyway that got me thinking about how if Malleus was a full blown Yandere, he’d be the type of Yandere to cut off his own finger and reattach it on one of ours.
Anyway enjoy these oneshot:
YANDERE MALLEUS: Ship of Thesus
TW: Gore, body parts, death
It was like a fairytale. You graduated NRC, and Malleus married you, spending the rest of your days in Briar Valley. Except, after a certain age, your body doesn’t work like it used to. Your bones start to grow weak. Your hands and joints occasionally writhe in pain from arthritis. Sometimes you’d get sick with the common cold and be bedridden for two weeks. But the worst part is seeing Malleus become more draconian in his rule.
Petty crimes like thievery began to have punishments like cutting off the hands. Murderers were to be beheaded and have the rest of their body chopped up into pieces. After a while, the punishments had begun to leave a sweet stench of death through out that never left until you were far from Briar Valley’s borders.
The stench had even infiltrated the castle, making you throw up every morning. But still, you continued to try and at least be happy with Malleus. In fact, you even eat dinner with him everyday.
Like always he kisses your wrinkled hands, looks into your eyes, and slightly nibbles on your hand.
"Do your hands still hurt?" Malleus asks, rubbing your hands.
"A little. The pain doesn't last long," You reply, touching your husband's smooth hands.
"That's good. The royal doctors have come up with a new treatment for your illness if you want it."
"Sure. I'll see what it does."
You drink your wine, and feel your face hit the table as your vision becomes black.
When you wake up, your wrists are wrapped in bloody bandages, and your now smooth but very pale hands hurt to move.
"Try not to move your hands too much," Malleus says, touching your cheek. "You'll be able to move your hands in a couple of days."
After that he left your room, leaving you alone with the lingering smell of death that's slowly enclosing you.
Two weeks had passed and, your hands were finally healed. Not only that, but your hands felt better than ever. You could move them as much as you wanted to, and your nails always maintained a claw like shape and length that's similar to Malleus's. Despite this new improvement, you sometimes felt itching on your hands that never went away no matter how hard you scratched.
"My love, are your legs bothering you again?" Malleus asks, watching you slowly get up.
"No, it's fine. Is there any way to get rid of that putrid smell from the castle?" You ask, trying not to gag.
"I can try, my love," Malleus says, kissing your hands.
Malleus disappears from your room once again, and you throw up on the bed sheets, wiping the spit from your mouth. You lay back in the bed, and stare outside the window, glimpsing at the castle's bridge. The vision lulls you to sleep, hoping a future where death doesn't seem so close.
When you wake up again, your vision is a hazy blur as you're moving somewhere. You try to get up, but feel restraints on your hands and feet. You scream for help, practically tasting the putrid metallic smell of blood and rot, as you see Malleus sharpening a meat cleaver and bone saw.
"My love, you'll be ok. Your body will never ache again. Go back to sleep, and you'll wake up feeling better than the day you were born," Malleus says, strapping on latex gloves.
You take in your surroundings and see dried blood all over the floor, limbs, eyes, skulls, and organs in jars of formaldehyde, and multiple dead bodies stacked up in a nearby freezer. But the most horrifying sight was a mannequin with human hands on it. Your eyes tear up from the sight and smell, feeling your body get warmer from your thrashing in the gurney.
"Yuu, you'll be ok. You liked your hands. You should like the rest of your body too. It'll be like you’re young again," Malleus states, kissing your cheek.
"What did you do to my hands?"
"Do you prefer a sleeping potion or anesthetic?"
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY HANDS?!"
"I could never throw away your hands. So, when I put on your replacements, I put them on the mannequin. That way your first body can be preserved forever."
"How could Sebek, Silver, and Lilia let you do this? Do they even know you're down here playing mad scientist?"
"Of course they know. They were the first people I tested my new methods of preservation on. Sebek can see again now that he has his new alligator eyes. We'll all be together forever. We'll never have to face death again!"
Malleus puts a mask over your face, and you begin to fade away into sleep, as your husband prepares your new body parts.
"Look at your legs. They're beautiful. I made sure to pick the very best from pile of criminals. You can't even tell they're someone else's," Malleus compliments, holding your hands as you lay in bed, temporarily unable to move until your legs heal. "Just think, you'll never have to wait five minutes to stand up again."
Tears blind your vision as Malleus kisses your body from head to toe. His hands slip underneath your back as he crawls on top of you, his canines beginning to draw blood as his kisses turn into love bites. Malleus licks the blood trickling out of you, pulling your dress down slightly. He presses his nails on your shoulders, dragging them down cutting into your skin.
"I can cut right here and give you these pretty arms I have stored. Maybe I should give you a new body all together. Wouldn't that be nice? A total makeover of your body," Malleus says, looking at your body like it's nothing but parts ready to be assembled. “I’ll keep you together forever. You’ll never fall apart, and death will never claim you.”
Your damp eyes close, and for once you couldn’t smell the stench of death and rot anymore. Only the smell of formaldehyde mixed with a strong musk of flowers as your grim reaper was on top you, cloaked in black as his horns rub against your face. You sigh for one last time, knowing that you will be mourning your own body in due time.
