I am new to this gluten free diet. Earlier I bought a Monster Energy drink without thinking but right before I opened it i searched the label for 'gluten free'. I didn't see it so I reviewed the ingredients for hidden gluten. Then I google, "Is Monster Energy Ultra Fiesta Gluten Free"? The results were, "most likely gluten free". 2 hours later I started to feel bloated and sharp pains in my bottom as I peed. Now I'm drinking a mixture of anti-inflammatory herbs to help me detox and heal. If the label doesn't say, "gluten free" I'm not touching it.
