Nuts

I've been depressed and stressed and eating everything on not exercising all summer! I gained most of the weight that I worked so hard to lose. I guess I'll change it now again. For the next 30 days, I'm going to start working hard again. Not only in in eating and exercising... But in general productivity and whatnot. Hellloooo September. Sorry to be so cliche. 

I'm not sad or scared about leaving this year. But I'm really anxious about leaving my family. If that makes sense. That's not to say that I believe that I could somehow magically fix them by staying with them. Or that I could even mentally handle staying with them. I'm just worried about what I'm going to come back to. I'm worried that I'm not going to come back.
