But on a serious note (hi I’m alive on here btw) this is wild to me. I didn’t know what the hell was going on until I started getting comments left on this video asking me if I had heard the news. As you might be aware I’ve been MIA when it comes to the SW fandom this year. I’ve been distant as of late and I’ve only been gradually coming back at my own pace for when I felt like sharing anything or talking about anything. So seeing this revelation today had shook me up.
Idk about anyone else but I was low-key starting to accept Ben’s fate. I was coming to terms with it all, I was finding peace with it. But then this news just had to drop. On one hand I’m feeling ecstatic and cool that we reylos/sequel fans are always right, but on the other hand I’m sad and annoyed as this has reopened the wound I was so desperately trying to heal 🤧.
Whatever happens now is anyones guess. I do hope that Bob/Disney will consider the idea and actually realise that THIS is what the fans want. We don’t want constant Disney remakes or a pointless sequel to something no one asked for (aka tron ares). Ben Solo was the best damn charcater out of the sequels, and to know that even the haters have come out in support of making this Ben movie should really show it all. That the star wars fans for once have all United in support of this movie 🤧🦋🥺💙👌🏻✨
But all we can do now is keep talking, keep loving Ben (as if that would ever stop) and show Disney that they damn messed up…again. I kinda hope they do keep messing up and continue making the movies no one wants, so that they continue to lose money and realise even more that this isn’t what sw fans want.
Ben Solo is the key. The future. The last Skywalker 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Have him return, let him be what he always wanted to be, and that’s a pilot like his dad and to be alongside Rey, his dyad 🤍🤞🏻
