It sure takes a lot of time and efforts to maintain a blog (Youtube/tumblr/Instagram etc.) Those famous bloggers choose blogging as a living. Sometimes I wonder if they have better things to do....
I have seen many Youtubers post videos #drawmylife in 2014. From my perspective, hereās some of them have in common. At first, they did not take their channels very seriously, at that time they just thought it would be fun to do it. After gaining increasing popularity, subscribers demanded more and more from them. They had to improve scripts, edits and so on and it inevitably affected their normal lives in many ways. Then they faced two choices: abandon their channel, go back to the old time or embrace the trend, become a full-time blogger. Another thing we should keep in mind is that some of them did not have decent jobs, they could not make money.e.g. Game Youtubers.Ā
However, it goes without denying that Youtubers make their names and bring us good recreation. I personally binge watch Youtube a lot... Ā
Last but not the least, I want to thank Youtubers who made fun videos, you really did a good job. Keep it up!

The Internet is almost ruled by pictures or videos as Mark Zuckerberg said in an interview. There is also scientific evidence shows that people memorize better by pictures. Evan Sherlock Holmes or Sheldon Cooperās mind palace is made of pictures. (I remember Sheldonās words were I have graphic memory, sometimes it is a curse.) Ā These years, picture sharing platforms Instagram, Vine, Tumblr etc. have also gained such popularity.Ā
However, you can see my Tumblr is very old-fashioned, just heaps of sentences. To be honest, I am not the visual kind of person. If you check out my Tumblr web page, i.e. not via app. (I seriously doubt whether people still are on Tumblr page.) My web theme really fits in my writings by the way.
Sometimes I wonder who would bother to read paragraphs after paragraphs on Tumblr. This is not a fan fiction Tumblr, after all. Then whatās the point of this Tumblr? OK, I just want to speak for my mind, mostly serious stuff but notĀ sermons (it starts to sound like one.)Ā
People die but posts on the Internet last forever. Nothing is new under the sun, I believe some people think what I think, feel what I feel and I just happen to post it here. I write down ideas worth sharing here. If you are still reading this, big thanks to you. You are more admirable than you are.Ā
