Sometimes it is a good thing to have few followers. You donât have to succumb to followers, appeal to whatever theyâd like to see. I am one hundred percent true to myself. How about that???
Why I feel productive before going to bed?
The Internet is almost ruled by pictures or videos as Mark Zuckerberg said in an interview. There is also scientific evidence shows that people memorize better by pictures. Evan Sherlock Holmes or Sheldon Cooperâs mind palace is made of pictures. (I remember Sheldonâs words were I have graphic memory, sometimes it is a curse.) Â These years, picture sharing platforms Instagram, Vine, Tumblr etc. have also gained such popularity.Â
However, you can see my Tumblr is very old-fashioned, just heaps of sentences. To be honest, I am not the visual kind of person. If you check out my Tumblr web page, i.e. not via app. (I seriously doubt whether people still are on Tumblr page.) My web theme really fits in my writings by the way.
Sometimes I wonder who would bother to read paragraphs after paragraphs on Tumblr. This is not a fan fiction Tumblr, after all. Then whatâs the point of this Tumblr? OK, I just want to speak for my mind, mostly serious stuff but not sermons (it starts to sound like one.)Â
People die but posts on the Internet last forever. Nothing is new under the sun, I believe some people think what I think, feel what I feel and I just happen to post it here. I write down ideas worth sharing here. If you are still reading this, big thanks to you. You are more admirable than you are.Â

have been used to describe the connectivity of diverse neural circuits. However, few studies have used zebrafish to understand the function of cerebral structures or to study neural circuits.Â
Information about the techniques used to obtain a workable preparation is not readily available.Â
Here, we describe a complete protocol for obtaining in vitro and in vivo zebrafish brain preparations.Â
In addition, we performed extracellular recordings in the whole brain, brain slices, and immobilized nonanesthetized larval zebrafish to evaluate the viability of the tissue.Â
Each type of preparation can be used to detect spontaneous activity, to determine patterns of activity in specific brain areas with unknown functions, or to assess the functional roles of different neuronal groups during brain development in zebrafish.Â
The technique described offers a guide that will provide innovative and broad opportunities to beginner students and researchers who are interested in the functional analysis of neuronal activity, plasticity, and neural development in the zebrafish brain. ....â
