i consider myself a gainer and a very casual encourager/enabler at best <3

i also know there’s more struggle in my future if the numbers keep ticking up on the scale (and realistically, they will). buying clothes is already a bit of a headache, booths in restaurants suck, getting in and out of cars is a Process, and the food bill is already high, not to mention the physical toll all of this takes on you. and yet… i don’t see a world where i stop anytime soon 😭
