I studied approx 5hrs yesterday ...and I had to meet up with my friends . I am really annoyed that I ate 2 slices of pizza but I think I cant think about it too much as I ate junk after many days

DAY 1 /21

Long time no see!! I've been bust with my internship and preparing for my pg entrance exam . I will be posting here daily to track my progress and to build accountability .

I used to message my best friend daily about my progress but currently we are in a rough patch about a trivial thing . I hope it resolves soon .

I'm following the saying habits are built in 21 days so for the following 21 days my goals are

♡ study atleast 8 hrs everyday

♡ study 12 hrs on weekend

♡ spend no money on junk food

♡ exercise everyday

♡ 10k steps daily

♡ post about daily progress daily

♡ no instagram for 21 days

My university pre poned our exams . I'm frustrated as hell as I had planned my studies according to it . Anyways we gotta do what we gotta do .. wish me luck tho
