Maison Margiela arrives at the Selfridges Corner Shop May 2018 – In celebration of The Anatomy of Luxury, Maison Margiela takes residency within the Corner Shop on Monday 7 May for one week only. — The space serves as a showcase for the ‘Artisanal’ collection presented during Haute Couture week in Paris last summer, alongside the current ready-to-wear collection. Inspired by the idea of a new glamour, the Artisanal collection evokes symbols of enchantment and empowerment. The space will reflect this concept, using statement mannequins adorned with a shocking red lip in a deconstructed environment mirroring the Parisian atelier at 163 rue Saint-Maur.
